Rich Teders and Benjie Sumulong were long-time partners in all the team events here in Alaska and one day Teders offered a cool story about the partnership.

Teders and Sumulong both made an agreement before teeing off in their first event together that neither would ever say they were sorry for a bad shot.

They both knew bad shots would come and were part of golf, but wouldn’t allow each other to get down on themselves or feel like they were letting their partner down.

Good advice to anyone planning to team up with a buddy this summer.
