You don’t need great players to win in MUT

Madden Ultimate Team is loved by some and hated by many. I’ve felt both ways about the football video game from Electronic Arts over the years, but I’ve recently discovered you don’t need the greatest players to win games online against teams stacked with stars. You can win with literally anything you want to throw together.

With more down time in recent weeks, I’ve experimented with different MUT lineups and found a ton of success with lowly players. This opens up a whole world of possibilities for putting together lineups. It makes the game a lot more fun.

A lot of people think the game is purely pay to win, meaning those who pay the most money for extras from EA will stack their team and win. While this can happen in specific instances, it is not constant. I’ve proven so with a vast array of experiments. It’s actually better to bring your overall team rating number down as much as you can and then you don’t draw the sick opponents who stack their teams to the max.
