If you were a legendary golfer…

What would you be thinking of, pertaining to your tournament prep for the summer? We have reached June, after all, and tournaments will start coming at us fast and furious. Adam Baxter is in a good place with his game after becoming co-legend of 2018 and said he might even be a little ahead of his usual pace.

“Where am at with my game now, I’m usually there the week before the (state) match play,” Baxter said. “I’m a few weeks ahead of that and it’s fun. I’m actually going into summer thinking of improving some things.”

Baxter owns a few rounds of par or better this spring already and he said that means his game is solid enough to allow him to start fine-tuning, as opposed to shaking off winter rust and establishing his base game.

“When I go practice, I might actually get better,” Baxter said.
